Shipping & Returns

We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Here is a rough guide for how long it should take for you to receive your order from this date.

  • Europe Approximately 3 – 5 working days;
  • Rest of the World Approximately 5 – 7 working days (depending on location).

Please note that this is a guide only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.
Delivery times to rest of the world destinations can vary significantly from country to country.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Return Policy

MasterHygiene only accepts exchanges or returns of orders made at www.masterhygiene.com.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, the order has arrived damaged/incomplete, you have received a wrong item or an item is missing please make a return within 30 days of receipt. After this deadline no refunds will be accepted.

All items will be checked as soon as they arrive at our office. The shipping costs will be refunded after our verification and if confirms manufacturing defect or break caused in the transport to the customer.

Shipping costs on returns

In case of return of the payment, and if the order has already been shipped, all associated costs with sending and the returning of the order will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges and returns instructions

To return your products, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email to cs@masterhygiene.com with the order number in subject, the references of the articles you wish to return, the reason, and photos of the products to be returned.
  2. You will receive an email from cs@masterhygiene.com confirming the conditions of your return.
  3. Pack your return, prominently place the return number outside of the carton and be sure to print and include the e-mail sent on the package (since all the information contained therein is essential for the processing of the refund). Returns will not be accepted unless they have been duly authorized by MasterHygiene.
  4. Leave your order at the nearest post office. Keep the proof of submission. Returns with postage paid at the recipient will not be accepted.
  5. We will process your return as soon as possible and reimburse you for the amount you paid for your item. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to arrive within your account from the date of your return receipt. Contact your bank directly for more information.
  6. When we receive your order we will send you an email confirming your refund.

The price of an item was changed after the date of my order. Can I ask for a refund of the difference?
When faced with a retail business, our prices can be changed without prior notice. Therefore, we do not refund the difference in value.

My return was lost / damaged. How should I proceed?
The liability for damage or loss of returns can not be attributed to MasterHygiene. Please contact the courier service of your choice.
